We are so happy and excited to announce our newest team member, Tom Rice. It’s always great to have a new member of the Blind Appeal family on board. To celebrate this, we wanted to share a brief interview with Tom as well as to explore more about his role in the company and his background. Tom, we are so glad to have you a part of the team!
In an email interview, Tom answered a few questions about his experience working at Blind Appeal thus far:
What is your favorite part about working for Blind Appeal?
Tom: “Working at Blind Appeal has been a wonderful experience. I started working with Blind Appeal June 1st of last year and have been welcomed and treated like family since day one.”
What is your favorite part about being a member of the commercial team?
Tom: “Working with window coverings in the commercial market has been my strong passion for many years. I enjoy the challenge of winning the next project and it’s great to see buildings around the valley that I had even some part in its fruition.”
Tom’s Biography And Background
Tom joined Blind Appeal as our Commercial Business Manager. He bids and manages all of our commercial blind jobs in the Treasure Valley. Tom brings with him a wealth of experience, including 27 years in all aspects of window coverings, such as installing, estimating, and sales. Tom was raised in Idaho and loves the beautiful outdoors -- in particular, camping, fishing, and golf. Family is a high priority for Tom. He has two grown children, and loves spending time with his granddaughter. In addition, he is a huge BSU Football and Basketball fan, as well as a fan of the Boise Hawks.
