About Rebecca Hill

A recent addition to the team, Rebecca has already made a massive impact with her passion for helping others and years of experience in the customer service realm. Here is her brief interview, enjoy!

• How long have you lived in the Treasure Valley?
  • I was born and raised in Idaho.
• What is your favorite part of your work day?
  • Providing excellent customer service to our patrons.
• Do you have a specific company/personal goal for the next couple of years? 
  • I am a very social person and can’t wait to be up and about helping assist potential customers. My goal is to live each day to the fullest!
• What are you most looking forward to with the new showroom?
  • Everything! I am looking forward to the showroom opening and interacting a lot with the public.

About Heather Hooglander

We were lucky enough to have Heather join our team this summer in July. She brings over 20 years of office administration experience to the table and has quickly become an essential member of the team. Her extensive knowledge of office practices, communication, and public relations have proved invaluable thus far. Without further ado, here is her quick interview segment.

• How long have you lived in the Treasure Valley? 
  • I moved from New Jersey to the Treasure Valley in 2001.
• What is your favorite part of your work day? 
  • Interacting with other staff members. We all have the same goal; we are all on the same team.
• Do you have a specific company/personal goal for the next couple of years? 
  • I'm relatively still new. I would like to learn more about the products, functions and everyday operations.  As far as a personal goal, I am going to learn Spanish. French in high school didn't serve me much purpose .
• What are you most looking forward to with the new showroom? 
  • I'm looking forward to the potential growth for Blind Appeal. Their new showroom is in a great location and will easily become an attraction for those in the Treasure Valley.
